 The in the foil fully integrated stainless steel mesh is protected with a scratch resistant layer and can be applied easy on glass, acrylic, plexus and polycarbonate glass. You can apply the self adhesive mesh foil by hand or laminator.
Depending on the mesh quality, it covers the range of 10 kHz ~ 30 Ghz . Thickness of the mesh 0.2 ~ 0.3 mm .
The foil can be delivered with a strip of the mesh in the length direction (flying mesh). Alternative with a conductive or non-conductive adhesive can be produced on the edges or a silver bush bar around. Moreover, they can be processed in various forms available meshes: stainless steel, blackened copper, phosphor bronze (see table below). Also a termination with a water/EMI gasket is an option.
