Making use of heatproof silicon rubber, conductive rubber shows waterproof effect and static electricity prevention that cannot be observed in general foam gasket.
Absorbing high frequency, it shows shielding effect of 60dB at 30MHz ~ 10GHz. Owing to excellent conductivity, grounding and shielding effect, it is used for communication equipment for military use. It can be manufactured in various forms such as Sheet, Moulded parts, Die-cut, Strip, etc.
The rubber is characterized by:
- Availability in thickness - Max 6 mm, 5mm, 4mm, 3mm, 2mm, 1mm, any thickness available
- Excellent electric conductivity all over the surface across the thickness
- Excellent electromagnetic shielding effect
- High workability for adhesion
- Easy die cutting, kiss cutting and slitting
- Size - Sheet Type: Max 300 x 210 mm
