10/100Base-T Ethernet Fiber Media Converter for Faraday cages
The Ethernet fiber Media Converter is used to convert a 10/100Base-T signal to a 10/100Base Optical signal.
This can be to get your internet connection or for example your video camara connection inside or outside your Faraday cage.
Once you are inside the cage you can passage through a normal UTP 8 wire cable.
This method is used to occur that the UTP cable is going to function as a antenna and spred the magnettic field on the outside of the case on the inside of the cage.
The optical wire connection will not function as a antenna.
If you want more information regarding the optical wire method to get a data transfer inside your faraday cage you can contact Holland Shielding Systems by E-mail. Our E-mail address is info@hollandshielding.com
