Conductive Rubber 5750 Click for pdf file

Rubber as an intermediate layer: die-cut gasket or profile

This  heat-proof silicone rubber can  make an emi-proof and a pressure watertight seal in  narrow constructions.
also for EMP protection and against static electricity.  Also available in  fluor silicone rubber for resistance against  ( hydraulic) oil and fuels. The rubber can be filled with  silver, nickel, silvered glass,  silvered aluminum  or  graphite  ( only for  ESD) . Also for wave-guide applications.

As it absorbes high frequencies, conductiver rubber shows a shielding effect of 60 dB at 30MHz ~ 10GHz. Owing to its excellent conductivity, grounding and shielding effect, it is well suited for military communication equipment.. It can be manufactured in various shapes such as sheets, moulded parts, die-cut, strips, o-rings, etc.

The rubber has the following characteristics:

  1. Available in any thickness - max. 6 mm, 5 mm, 4 mm, 3 mm, 2 mm, 1 mm
  2. Excellent electric conductivity all over the surface across the thickness
  3. Excellent electromagnetic shielding effect
  4. High workability for adhesion
  5. Easy die-cutting, kiss-cutting and slitting
  6. Size of sheet type: max. 300 x 210 mm
